Since the new ExOne™ S-Max® made its appearance, this innovative technology has opened up many new doors for mold and casting projects. Where a typical foundry (much like us) would work with a handful of customers on their specific needs, we can now venture out and get involved in new and exciting projects. Our focus is not on “how many can we produce?” but rather on “what it is that needs to be created?” We are one of just a handful of owners of the ExOne™ S-Max® 3D Sand Printer in the country, and we are looking to help those who need help with their foundry designs and work.
If you are already familiar with 3D sand printing, you would benefit by working with Alpha Foundry. Keep in mind, we are not just another company that is producing 3D sand molds, we are in the foundry industry and have been for well over 100 years. We know what it takes to produce a mold for metal castings that will work as expected when pouring aluminum, iron, steel, or brass. In fact, we can do that for you, too!

Our platform is designed to work with you, share your vision, and bring it all together in a cast (or just as a mold) if that is all you need. We’re focused on doing one unit, a dozen units, or many more. Whatever is required will be our objective. We think of ourselves as “small batch” producers.
